BeaubzArt sells original acrylic and mixed-media paintings, fine art prints, and merchandise. All original paintings are one-of-a-kind unless otherwise stated. Product colours may vary slightly from screen to screen due to monitor calibration differences.

3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Swedish Kronor (SEK) unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable VAT where required. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Payment
We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods available at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. BeaubzArt does not store your card details.

5. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, in which case a full refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, and content on beaubzart.com are the intellectual property of Alicia Beaubrun-Nilsson. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
BeaubzArt's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
